The SGT solution contains of grease trap to store the waste water and using the sensor pump to pump the waste water to high level and discharge to the suitable main waste pipe.
However, there are added advantage on the sensor which will cut off the incoming water when it detects the grease trap water level is too high to avoid overflowing.
